Daily Rate:
$175.00 per night, per couple, with a 2-night minimum stay*

Weekday Special:
Rent 4 weekday nights and stay the 5th night FREE (Sunday through Thursday nights only)* (a $175 savings!)

Weekly Vacation Rate:
$1,050.00 per week, per couple* (a $175 savings!)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• NO SMOKING inside or out. No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or anywhere on the property.
   
• Our pet policy: We love animals and have pets of our own. However, our cabin guests may be allergic to pet dander and hair, so please don't bring your pet. Pets can also interfere with the excellent birding and wildlife viewing opportunities at the cabin and surrounds. No pets allowed. No exceptions.
   
• We are a family friendly destination, with some restrictions. Children must be under adult supervision at all times, and there must be at least one adult for each child. Other restrictions may apply.
   
• Violation of these rules will result in forfeiture of damage deposit.

CABIN AVAILABILITY

The Cabin Availability Calendar shows which nights our cabin is booked and which nights it is available. Find the open time period you want then contact us to make a reservation.

RESERVATION DETAILS

• Check-in time is normally after 3 pm and no later than 8 pm, and it must be arranged in advance with A Big Log Cabin in the Clouds. It is important to call us if you are going to be late. Unlike motels, etc., we do not have a front desk staffed 24/7. Please be thoughtful and contact us as soon as you know any changes in arrival time so that we can be available to check you in and guide you to the cabin.
   
• Check-out time is 12:00 noon local time.
   
• A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation.
   
• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
   
• A damage deposit of $100.00 per person (cash only) is due at check-in and is refundable after cabin inspection.
   
• Personal checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard are acceptable forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations canceled more than two weeks before the reservation date will result in a refund of the deposit, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total lodging charge.
   
• Reservations canceled within two weeks of the reservation date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, unless the cabin can be re-rented for the time period originally reserved. If the cabin can be re-rented, the original amount of deposit, minus a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total lodging charge, will be refunded.

Please do not drop by the cabin or our home without calling first. We are happy to show the cabin only if it is empty, so please call ahead.
